Between caring for the kids, working, cooking, and everything in between, it's hard to take some time out for yourself. Join the Mommy Steps Walking Group, a group designed to help mothers like you prioritize your health and fitness without sacrificing the care you provide for your babies.


The core concept behind Mommy Steps is simple: just like babies, mothers also need their steps to maintain health and fitness. But we're not just about counting steps or burning calories. We're about building a community where moms can share their experiences, support each other, and even make new friends. After all, who better to understand the joys and challenges of motherhood than other mothers?

Joining Mommy Steps is about more than just getting fit. It's about stepping away from your busy schedule, getting some fresh air, and taking some time out for yourself. It's about sharing your stories, your triumphs, your worries, and your laughter with a group of women who get it because they're going through it too. And for new mothers, there's no better support than that.


But let's not forget about the walking! Our goal is for each member of the Mommy Steps Walking Group to take 10,000 steps a day. That's about five miles, which we break down into two walks – one in the morning and one in the evening, each covering 2.5 miles. It may seem like a challenging goal, but with our supportive community, nothing is impossible. We're not expecting to hit our 10,000-step goal overnight. It's a long-term goal that we'll work towards together, one step at a time, or as we like to say, one "mommy step" at a time.
